Gordon commits to BCIHL’s Miners

Presley Gordon of the 100 Mile House Wranglers has committed to the Logan Lake Miners in the B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League.

The Edmonton, Alberta product had 10 points in 42 Kootenay International Junior Hockey League games for the Wranglers. He began his KIJHL career with the Fernie Ghostriders, and also had a stop in Nelson, and played 86 career regular season games and had 23 points. In 28 career KIJHL Teck Cup playoff games, Gordon registered three points.

Wranglers Head Coach-GM Dale Hladun said Gordon was a key piece on their roster.

“He was a strong vocal leader, but also showed how to lead on and off the ice,” said Hladun. “We were honoured and proud to have him as a Wrangler. Our organization is very pleased that he’s been selected to continue on his hockey path with the Miners in the BCIHL.”
